Handok Inc. launched ‘Theracumin Plus 90’, which contains up to three times the amount of curcumin compared to existing Theracumin products. The newly launched Theracumin Plus 90 contains black pepper extract, which increases the absorption rate of curcumin when taken together to help improve physical constitution, promote health and supply nutrition.

Recently, various studies on the health benefits of curcumin have been published but in general curcumin is a lipid-soluble substance that has large particles and thus has the disadvantage of a low body absorption rate. Theracumin is made by pulverizing curcumin into tiny particles that are more easily absorbed by 28 times while also eliminating the unique smell of curcuma. Thus Theracumin is easier and more convenient to take than curcumin.

‘Theracumin Plus 90’ contains three times more curcumin than Ulgum Theracumin 30, which contains 90mg of curcumin per pouch (1g). Because it’s a powder it’s easy to take the recommended dose of 180mg by simply dissolving a pack in water and drinking it and doing so twice a day.
