Handok Re-designated an Excellent HRD Biz

On September 28, 2022, Handok was selected as an excellent company in the 2022 Best Human Resource Development Certification (Best HRD) hosted by the Korean Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Ministry of Education. It was previously selected in 2014 for its outstanding performance in HRD and was re-designated this year.

The certification system for excellent human resource development entities endorses institutions and companies that exemplify equity in HR management based on competency and provide opportunities to incumbent workers for continuous capacity building. Handok was evaluated highly for its HR management and in-house development programs that align with the company’s vision and five core values, and its efforts to build the skills of company-wide talent to realize shared growth for both employees and company.

Handok is committed to becoming a company that people want to work for and aspires to grow with its employees through its people-centered corporate philosophy. It has established and implemented a mid- to long-term talent development system that involves linking human resource development (HRD) and human resource management (HRM), and provides opportunities for employees to grow through personalized competency-based training.
