Indication

1) Differential diagnosis of infertility
– Delayed puberty
– Primary sexual dysfunction as follows: Klinefelter’s syndrome, Turner’s syndrome and Sertoli-Cells-only syndrome.
– Secondary sexual dysfunction, such as: Kallmann’s syndrome, idiopathic eunuchoidism and Pasqualini’s syndrome
– Primary amenorrhea
– Secondary amenorrhea as in anorexia nervosa
2) Investigation of the location and severity of diseases occurring in the hypothalamic and pituitary gland
